Will Israel’s impunity never end? Are there no red lines it can cross that will result in its backers in Washington calling a halt?

Yes, there are shifts occurring in American politics and society vis-a-vis Israel, but we need to temper expectations around the likelihood of a dramatic policy change any time soon.
