Israel threatens Palestinians with annihilation. Where’s the outrage?

After committing multiple breaches of the ceasefire deal, Israel has resumed its slaughter of Palestinians with a vengeance this week, as Electronic Intifada reports in the article we publish below. Around 600 were killed in Gaza even before the ground invasion began on Wednesday.
We can only applaud Global Justice Now for issuing a call for sanctions, saying “leaders in countries like the UK have been incapable of condemning Israel for its breaches of international law. As Israel resumes its genocidal attacks on Gaza, we must force a change.”
Israel’s impunity continues unchallenged by politicians and media even while its leaders are explicitly threatening annihilation for the Palestinian people. Owen Jones exposes the supine indifference of our own government in the YouTube video below.

Israel’s total blockade, slaughter & wholesale destruction in Gaza are the actions of crazed, obsessional psychopaths given complete impunity by western governments who by their deeds & policies, subscribe to those actions.
Yes, we have boycott & divestment campaigns against Israel, demonstrate to show solidarity with Palestinians, very brave activists risk arrest & prison, & so on, but nothing stops Israel descending into yet more bestiality & sadism with utter relish.
I’m not sure when the ICJ is due to pronounce its verdict on Israel’s genocide – for all the good it will do – or whether they also are being pressurised by the western powers to refrain from taking a decision.
Sorry! Just letting off steam after reading the horrific pronouncements by Katz, not yet named by the ICC as a wanted war criminal. Why?
Even in this strong response the word “Nazi-like” is used to soften the condemnation. What is happening is Nazism 21st century. Where are both the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice? We need to urge them to act. Governments need to stand behind their doing so. A century of international humanitarian law and human rights law is being demolished by apologists and led by national leaders who, in supplying the means of genocide to Israel, are also internationally criminally libel.
The term “Nazi” is arising more and more in regards to Israel, and one may wonder if that is appropriate. What distinguished Nazism’s killing, what made it almost unique. I believe it was the calculated, mechanisation of the process, something cold blooded. So is Israel’s killing calculated, mechanised, cold blooded so as to merit the name “Nazism”? Sadly, yes.
When Israelis get mad and say anything like this things “we” say they have reasons to be upset are only human and when Palestinians get mad and say anything like this “we” say they have no reason to be upset and they are not human. The problem is us.
