JVL Introduction
WE welcome the statement below put out by four Jewish organisations concerned with the welfare of refugees and asylum seekers to Britain.
The language may be more cautious than JVL might have used itself, but the clear recognition of just how damaging Priti Patel’s Nationality and Borders Bill will be, is of great significance.

Sounds good. What actions are planned to add emphasis?
If the government are on a downward spiral into the fascist condition the government will not listen.
Very commendable sentiment. I agree with all, but doubt this government will listen. Playing Devil’s advocate….would this sentiment be the same if the refugees were Palestinians fleeing Israel??
I can’t help wondering whether the Board of Deputies quotes the injunction from the Torah about the stranger to the government of Israel.
I have no knowledge of the other three organisations.
