UN Special Rapporteur agrees that it is apartheid

The Special Rapporteur for the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967 has recently reported to the UN Human Rights Council.
He has concluded that “a political regime which so intentionally and clearly prioritizes fundamental political, legal and social rights to one group over another within the same geographic unit on the basis of one’s racial-national-ethnic identity satisfies the international legal definition of apartheid.”
We repost the UN press release and some extracts from the full Report to give readers a flavour of the reasoning behind this damning indictment.

Dear Mr. Starmer,
Please denounce Apartheid.
I hope Mr Starmer has read this…and many other Western statesmen. It cannot be beyond the wit of Man to resolve this situation. Then perhaps I can rejoin the Labour Party
The current leadership of the Labour Party should be forced to read this UN report!
The cosy relationship between the Labour Party and Israel is utterly immoral and it removes from the party any credibility on foreign policies.
New question for OFSTED Maths tests (Key Stage “What-the-hell?”):
How many different international reports of Israel as an apartheid state (R)
times the number of different organisations responsible for the reports (O) will equal the recognition that this is indeed the truth (T)? Or is RxO=T what will happen to the timorous Labour Party?
