Global ‘Free Marwan’ campaign calls for Palestinian political leader’s release

Murals calling for Marwan Barghouti’s release have popped up around London as part of the campaign.

Jewish Voice for Liberation has produced a leaflet supporting the call for the release of Marwan Barghouti (see below).

It coincides with the launch of a global campaign launched by Barghouti’s West Bank-based family in collaboration with a UK initiative coordinated by Calum Hall, the founder of the creative consultancy and art platform, Creative Debuts.

  • Thank you for doing this, JVL. When did you decide to produce the leaflet,, and who wrote it? More importantly, how do we join the campaign?
    It will be good to share the leaflet with our local groups. To mention my own locality, as well as PSC, CADFA and Camden Friends of Palestine there’s also Camden United against Racism, and the Camden People’s Alliance as well as over a dozen JVL members.

  • Thank you Jewish Voice for Liberation for consistently doing the right thing.

    This JVL leaflet is a fine example. It is saying what is obvious as well as right.

    Our wretched government is acting as if simple-minded Conservative and Establishment alongside being crudely opportunistic while also posing as if it is Labour. Unsurprisingly it is getting just about everything wrong.

  • Why is he still held hostage. He should be rewarded for the lives he saved despite the sacrafice on his family.
