Jonathan Cook is furious that Israel’s claim that it is exempted from observing the ICJ’s Rafah judgment because of a comma is taken seriously by the Guardian’s diplomatic editor.
The argument is that the order to desist applies only if Israel is committing a genocide; as it isn’t, Israel is therefore free to continue its war…
To say this is disingenuous is to put it mildly and Cook makes short shrift of it.

Jonathan Cook is right to be angry at the UK MSM, their reporting goes beyond Bias, especially the BBC, who must spend hours putting together sentences that protect the Zionists in Israel, rarely if at all, telling the full truth about events in Gaza and the West Bank, you see selective videos that dampen the extreme viciousness of what Israel has carried out, always calling it a war, when it is anything but. There’s dozens of terrible videos on Twitter to choose from, some extreme violence towards the Palestinians in areas that Israel has told the fleeing Palestinians to go to, calling them “Safe areas”!!
The BBC hasn’t shown this extremely important video from the UN of a Rabbi telling the truth of what has and is happening to the Palestinians.
