We reported recently that Columbia Law Review’s website had been shut down by its board, rather than allow an article entitled ” Toward the Nakba as a Legal Concept” to be published there.

A week later, after an outcry, it has been reinstated and the article is now publicly available.

“What is so scary about Palestinians having the right to narrate their own realities? “asks the paper’s author, Palestinian human rights lawyer Rabea Eghbariah.
