10 Brits reported to Police for war crimes in Gaza

Leading human rights lawyers have presented a dossier to the Met police about the actions of ten British people who have been fighting in Gaza within the Israeli Army. The dossier is based on extensive research that they believe show these individuals are guilty of committing war crimes. This is extremely important; Britain has a legal duty to investigate war crimes and to prosecute where appropriate.

A top UK barrister, together with pro-Palestine groups, is submitting a report to London police on British nationals accused of Gaza war crimes.

We’re now on the cusp of EFFECTIVE legal action and international action being taken against Israel’s breaches of international law in Gaza and the West Bank, I think. Huge efforts are being made across the world but I believe the only person yet PROSECUTED was an IDF soldier caught in Morocco. Does anyone know what happened to him?
There’s a similarity in approach between Mansfield’s legal team, Global 195 and Hind Rajab Foundation on the targeting of alleged offenders who are dual nationals or outside Israel. This general agreement by such different legal professionals across the world about the best ways to bring offenders to account is distinctly reassuring!
FEAR of prosecution seems widespread in Israel now. The need to avoid unplanned landings in countries where he might be arrested have allegedly resulted in significantly longer, less convenient flights for PM Netanyahu. Israeli embassies have staff in place to whisk IDF soldiers fleeing arrest over the borders. ID soldiery below the rank of colonel must hide their details from journalists and on social media. The cumulative effect of such extensive risk avoidance and secrecy must deepen Israelis’ doubts about the Gaza war.
My own feeling is that once the prosecutions START, thousands will follow.
The big news in the mainstream media now is about two Chinese POWs in Ukraine. Nothing about the Brits joining IDF to fight in Palestine !!
I hope that the dossiers of evidence proceed to prosecutions in England.
Our bent government will probably do everything to try to obstruct.
