The Arab nations must hold their nerve against Trump’s “Plan”

So far the Arab nations are solidly against the plans to (further) displace Palestinians when he met with Trump the King of Jordan rejected  Trump’s plan to displace the Palestinians of Gaza.  or, indeed, the West Bank.

He told Trump that “This is the unified Arab position,” and later posted that “Rebuilding Gaza without displacing the Palestinians and addressing the dire humanitarian situation should be the priority for all.”

Trump, however, said that Jordan and Egypt would “ultimately agree to house displaced residents of Gaza. Both countries rely on Washington for economic and military aid.”

We are all “watching this space” – nervously.
