Famine in Gaza is not a natural disaster. It’s a political choice.

Franccesca Albanese, United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories, is absolutely clear. The blocking of aid to  Gaza is a criminal act.

The International Court of Justice ordered “immediate and effective measures” to protect Palestinians in the occupied Gaza Strip from the risk of genocide by ensuring sufficient humanitarian assistance and enabling basic services.

Israel is flouting this judgment and should be held to account.
