It’s OK to Be Angry About Capitalism
JVL Introduction
It is inconceivable that any member of Labour’s Shadow Cabinet would write a book called It’s OK to Be Angry About Capitalism.
Not only because Starmer would boot them out should they do so, but because there isn’t a single one of them who believes in what Bernie Sanders asserts loudly and proudly in his new book.
It’s not that some of them weren’t once angry about the world we live in, but because it has been beaten out of them as the price of making a career in the new Labour party.
Bernie Sanders isn’t having any of it. Another world is possible – and it’s not all that difficult either to do what needs to be done!

I have followed Bernie for a few years .I really had a lot of time for him , but he has gone along with voting for war , while going against medicare for all etc .He , and the squad have voted for everything that Biden has asked , even when they had the power do some good work .
Desperately needed. This article brought a smile to my face. Made me feel young and full of hope and optimism again.
Now that Jeremy Corbyn is the epitome of ‘cancel culture’, as far as the UK MSM are concerned, I, dearly, wish Senator Sanders could have had an extended stay in the UK, giving as many interviews he felt able to.
Every interview I managed to catch a glimpse of, he managed to show up the interviewer, for the amateurs they are – for the amateurs we’ve been saddled with. Doing it with strength and grace.
On The News Agents – who came up with that infantilised title – he waxed lyrical about JC, but was interrupted by Jon Sopel, who, obviously, found that too much to bear – but Sanders had made his point.
Bernie Sanders has a style many UK politicians, on the left, would do well to adopt. Nothing Zen about Bernie.
This book is a must-read. From your appraisal, it would apply universally. Is it available in the UK, if so where ?

this is why chief rabbi Ephraim Mirvis attacked him, along with Jeremy Corbyn, at an AIPAC meeting a couple of years ago, under the guise of anti-Semitism.
