Use of Evacuation orders and “Safe” Zones to Hide a Genocide

Al Ha1, an organisation set up in 1979 to defend Palestinians’ Human Rights has issued a new report, their summary of which we post below.  The full report can be read here.

Israel claims that its evacuation orders aim to protect civilians but so called safe zones have been targeted.  Over 90% of Gazans are now concentrated in 20% of Gaza’s territory and Gaza was known to be one of the most densely places in the world before these “evacuations…With insufficient space, shelter, sanitation facilities, food and water sources, or medical care, these “safe zones” are intentionally designed to ensure the destruction of all life sheltering there.”
