According to the report, the South African government says Israel is ignoring the order of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to prevent genocide in Gaza.
In a strongly worded statement on 31st January, International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor urged the international community to support South Africa’s actions to stop it.

Something IS happening. This report of the steps being taken by South Africa give hope. Like UNRWA, and the UN itself, they need international support.
The fact that countries like Spain, Norway, and Belgium are increasing their aid to UNRWA, is a sign of a split [in Europe], not only in weaponization of the aid programme, but in political support against Israeli genocide.
Israel was committing War crimes against Palestinians before DURING & after ICJ…did anyone really think they would stop … Israel’s entire “Defence” was all about their Entitlement, their Right to “Defend” etc etc.. It was shameful.. They cast aspersions on the ICJ and ridiculed the very idea that South Africa had Dared to criticise THEM..
I agree with Cathy Davies, Israel has been committing crimes against the Palestinians since the 1948 Nakba, murdering, beating, bulldozing their Farms and Villages, stealing their land, creating the world’s largest Concentration Camp in Gaza, bombing it regularly killing thousands of civilians. They used the Hamas attack as an excuse to Ethnically Cleanse Gaza, they Lied about the Hamas attack, the mutilation of babies, the raping of women, the murdering of the Festival goers and the murdering of whole families in the Kibbutz, to give themselves the excuse to commit Genocide.
What happens from now, I fear will be down to the US, it will use everything at its disposal to rescue the Israeli Leaders from any kind of punishment, that’s what I believe.
