Britain and Israel appear to be working hand in hand to find ways of using British law against critics of Israel.
In a series of meeting between reps of the Israeli Embassy and the Attorney General’s Office questions must have been raised about individual cases since the follow up notes record that “The Law Officers are unable to intervene on an individual case or comment on issues related to active proceedings…”
Much is redacted, but it also appears that Israeli officials are worrying about individuals travelling to the UK being hauled before UK courts (presumably for alleged war crimes) but whoever it was writing to the Israeli Embassy was pleased to point out that “there exist a possibility to apply to the FCDO for “Special Mission Immunity’.”

The real tragedy is the fact that this detailed and informative article like many others will be carefully witheld from the public at large thanks to the complicity of the MSM .Similarly there should be challenges in Parliament but with very few murmerings Parliament is cowed and the Judiciary shamefully compromised.
Horrible. May we also have news of the UK’s military support for: the mass bombing of Yemen, where British pilots and airstaff maintain and train the bombers; vicious repression in of the majority population in Bahrain where British functionaries have actually been part of the unelected government for decades; British arms and equipment going to Indonesia where it is used for genocide against the indigenous people of West Papua; and of course the longtime links between the British and Saudi royalties. Not surprising that the state of Israel is getting lots of help from the Foreign Office and the Attorney General. Well done to Palestine Action for getting these documents.
