As if this wasn’t bad enough, the “Benji Hillman” project to channel funds for the benefit of “lone soldiers” in the IDF is supported by the Jewish National Fund UK (the “NGO for ethnic cleansing” in Pappé’s memorable phrase) which is a charity in the UK, so we help provide additional funding through taxation.
Some British (white) soldiers who joined the Kurds in their fight against Isis and to rescue Yazidi captives were detained on returning to the UK and investigated for possible terrorist offences. Meanwhile a local councillor in West Hampstead was photographed brandishing a gun as an IDF volunteer with no comeback whatever.
This is part of a much bigger pattern where Jewish Brits can shout for Israeli sports teams while other minorities still get a bit of a ‘cricket test’; where Israel is counted as European for Eurovision purposes; and where Israel has preferential trading terms with the EU. In my experience Israelis are also free to come and go into the UK while other citizens of Middle Eastern countries are often stopped and questioned for a long time by Immigration teams.
I really hope that IJCP and Warsi between them get this military anomaly scrutinised seriously and these double standards ended.
It’s obvious, Zionists don’t respect borders, they convene out of all directiones, and help to enlarge the aggressive Zionist State of Israel and to suppress and chase the original Inhabitants of Palestine!
