7 easy steps to outlawing marches on Gaza
JVL Introduction
Jonathan Cook places the Gideon Falter provocation in its wider context: part of the so-called Campaign against Antisemitism’s ongoing attempt to get solidarity marches with Gaza banned.
His goal, as ever, has nothing to do with protecting Jews from antisemitism but to smear everyone of conscience as antisemites, to make it easier for Israel to continue on its merry, genocidal course.

7 easy steps to outlawing marches that call for an end to Israel's genocide in Gaza
The BBC and other media are willing co-conspirators in promoting the pro-genocide playbook of groups like the Campaign Against Antisemitism

I’m so tired of liars and manipulators – and sorry for the police who are clearly not being briefed on how to cope with the likes of Gideon Falter and his so-called “Campaign against Antisemitism”. They can’t call themselves, more honestly, The Campaign for Zionism … It’s Zionism that puts decent Jews in danger. The “wrong sort of Jews” are so clearly the right sort! Those who support genocide are morally unacceptable, so it’s little wonder the fight to create confusion is fierce. As Jonathan Cook says “the real story was, in fact, turned on its head”. However, it’s not just this story, it’s the entire story of Israel since 1948 – and earlier…
I love this quote – try applying it to Corbyn, Starmer, Gideon Falter and a host of others – it’ll shine a bright light imho.
“A man who lies to himself, and believes his own lies becomes unable to recognize truth, either in himself or in anyone else, and he ends up losing respect for himself and for others. When he has no respect for anyone, he can no longer love, and, in order to divert himself, having no love in him, he yields to his impulses, indulges in the lowest forms of pleasure, and behaves in the end like an animal. And it all comes from lying – lying to others and to yourself.”
Fyodor Dostoevsky
Two simple questions from the media would have exposed him: (1) ‘Do you condone the actions of the Israeli government in killing innocent civilians, including women and children, on an enormous scale in Gaza, and the depredations by Israelis in the Occupied West Bank?’ (2) What is your response to Jewish participants on the marches?
And of course the only reason that these characters aren’t rendered irrelevant is the pernicious nonsense that emanates from British politicians and the ‘Great’ British media.
If he had been a Protestant Orange Order supporter approaching a Catholic Whit Walk he’d have been also have been turned back.
And if Falter had been Black he’d have been in a Police headlock inside 2 minutes – especially after putting his hand on the officers chest.
We need to show up these APOLOGISTS FOR GENOCIDE for what they are. Don’t be afraid to mention the “g” word, for that is what it is – promoted by (Christian) USA in the belief that the Jewish colonisation and ethnic cleansing of “Palestinian Zion” will pave the way for the Second Coming as predicted in End-of-Times theology
Thank you, JVL and Jonathan Cook, for putting up this excellent article.
I found the event, publicised at the weekend and thereafter, very upsetting.
I feel myself being undermined by contrived charades such as this one.
I abhor lies and hypocrisy. That is how our population as a whole thinks.
I hate to observe cruelty, especially when it is inflicted on the disadvantaged.
The big demonstrations deploring the one-sided war on the people of Gaza are natural expressions of the people of Britain (and of other countries).
Our ruling establishment dislikes truthful expression. As has been observed, our vile establishment politicians and media regularly misrepresent.
The Greyzone recently exposed Zionist infiltrators at the demonstrations in America, some of which were distributing fake pro-Palestinian leaflets that said things like “Rape is Resistance” and “Babies are Occupiers” in their desperate attempts to delegitimise the Palestinian struggle.
We need to carry on standing together and we need to be steadfast.
Another excellent article by Jonathan Cook.
I notice that the mainstream media does not seem to like interviewing at any length Jewish people that choose to go on the Palestinian peace marches, who are horrified about what is happening to the people of Gaza.It is so frustrating not to see both sides, both voices equally heard. And I notice the mainstream media doesn’t seem to like to interview Jeremy Corbyn to get his view on the horrors happening in Gaza, a man who has been raising the plight of the Palestinian people for years along with many others.
