US students who have participated in encampments against genocide, or have merely expressed criticism of Israel’s actions, are facing McCarthyite black lists – 21st century style.
Having got through rigorous selection processes and demonstrated their worth to employers, job offers are being snatched from them for having the wrong views and being prepared to express them.
The pressure from ideologically driven employers is having its effect
A number of students — notably from poorer backgrounds — have avoided becoming too engaged in the protests for fear of being disbarred from graduating. Others have said classmates left demonstrations early out of fear that their activism, if made public, could damage their job prospects.
Firms that try to maintain fair employment standards are being subjected to pressure as well.
US students are showing real courage in standing up for universal human rights, now employers are joining with college managements and brutal police in an attempt to force them into silence.

All respect to the student pro-Palestine encampment movement, to the courage and principles of these young people, standing up against repressive institutional and state forces, against intimidation, psychological and emotional abuse, and many cases physical violence from vicious rightwing vigilantes and heavily armoured state-sanctioned violence professionals (cops).
