Ultimate Chutzpah from the UK Jewish Establishment
JVL Introduction
The Chief Rabbi and others in the UK Jewish Establishment want to control what the Church of England discuss at its upcoming Synod and prevent them from discussing a document produced by Palestinian Christians. That there could be consideration given to the new document produced by Kairos Palestine, is anathema to these self-appointed arbiters of permitted discourse – and, indeed, of perspective.
The document starts from the reality for Palestinians, particularly Palestinian Christians in a time of genocide. On top of the continuing horrors in Gaza, the ongoing torture of Palestinians incarcerated by Israel we can add the mistreatment of Christians with 83 Israeli attacks on Christians documented in 3 months. Meanwhile the new Archbishop of Canterbury calls for end to Israeli occupation of Palestine and presumably this is also going to damage Jewish-Christian relations.
We agree with Zack Polanski who, in December 2025, accused the Chief Rabbi of failing to represent British Jews, not least when he states that Israel’s actions are decent and reasonable.

A threatened establishment does not deal in truth or light. It likes darkness and deceit.
‘credible role’?Poppycock. Says those that are not credible themselves but fiercely hold on to false credibility bestowed on them by an establishment that is corrupt and unjust. The irony!
Debate you would think is a useful tool. But when one group wants to erase and rewrite a false history this is what you get.
Evil cloaks itself in good. The Rabbi is just a man nothing more. Not chosen by G-d (if you believe in G-d). But chosen by those who like to drink the cool aid he is selling.
The manipulation of using peace as a weapon is an example of the Spirit of Falsehood.
Christians should not be tethered by chains of a softly disguised threat but boldly stand up against any form of suppression.
