UPDATE: IPSO has today (April 8) made this statement about its reasons for failing to institute a standards investigation into the Jewish Chronicle. We will publish Paddy French’s analysis once available.

The so-called Independent Press Standards Organisation IPSO seems to be straining every sinew to avoid having to use the powers it could wield to investigate the Jewish Chronicle’s recurrent editorial failures.

Paddy French has been delving into the records of recent IPSO board meetings, finding that once again, despite zero evidence that the Zionist propaganda sheet has repented of its many misdemeanours, a change of editorial leadership seems to have served as an unconvincing reason for the JC to escape proper scrutiny.
