Netanyahu; the ICC charges are not because you are Jewish!

It is sickening to see, yet again, the claims by Israeli leaders that the reason they are charged with war crimes is because they are Jews. The refusal to consider (at least openly) that this is actually because of what Israel is – and has been – doing to Palestinians is surely deliberate and has been nurtured over decades. Viewed from a perspective of permanent victimhood, antisemitism provides the only possible reason behind the decisions of the UN, the UCJ and the ICC. But perhaps Netanyahu and co. actually believe what they are saying; that this claimed permanent victimhood has become hard wired into their DNA after decades of hasbara, propaganda that seeps into every aspect of Israeli society. Victims, of course, can never be culpable because they are always acting in self defence. But after 14 months of bombarding Gaza, this no longer rings true for most people.
Netanyahu’s likening himself to Alfred Dreyfus would be laughable if it were not so serious but this article from The Forward last month, outlines the reality of that important case that could hardly be more different from the situation Netanyahu has put himself – and most of the country – into.

Why Benjamin Netanyahu is no Alfred Dreyfus
I’ve studied Alfred Dreyfus, he was a moral prophet — Benjamin Netanyahu, you are no Alfred Dreyfus. Comparing himself to a persecuted leader, Netanyahu displays an astounding chutzpah.

As a none-Jew, I’m finding it really difficult to explain to others that Judaism and Zionism are not Siamese twins, but two diametrically-opposed constructs altogether. The fact that Netanyahu [né: Mileikowsky] inverts, skews and revises history to his own ends, is abhorrent. Perhaps Dreyfus’s comment, quoted above: “Justice is a good thing, when there is plenty of time and nobody is inconvenienced!” is appropriate for the Supremacist Settler-Colonial mindset, because it isn’t based on “justice, peace, or the rule of “Law”. Except only for its own “law” – that of the coloniser and the colonised.
The repeated false claims of ‘antisemitism’ are a self-interested big lie routine.
The seemingly unending barbarous genocide being committed and ‘justified’ by deployment of the ‘black is white and white does not exist’ doctrine will eventually end.
We have just seen, out of the blue, a similarly wicked Assad regime collapse with Assad scurrying off to Russia in the matter of a few days, and though no one knows for sure how it will pan out, it gives hope. Nothing lasts for ever.
Self-entitled,entities suffering from delusions of grandeur as well as believing that they are above the laws, be they national or international laws and conventions.
These entities live on a different planet alltogether. Somebody please put them on a oneway flight to the Hague, it probably might be Shippol Airport in Amsterdam.
Of course nattenjahoo would use antisemetism to shut up critics. Has he and his ilk not yet figured out that we do not give two hoots about what he believes in, we are rather more concerned about his behaviour, the oppression, torture, murdering of Journos, aid workers, medical professionals, nurses, children and women and the starvation he is inflicting on the Palestine people. A war-mongering, genocidal monster like him cannot be leftt in a position of power, which he will abuse for as long as his pals US followed by UK and EU (I am really sad and angry about that one) let him. These so called ‘friends of Israel’ need to consider what being a good friend means.
Does it mean just being someone displaying a ‘yes-you-are-wonderful’ -stance, or if your ‘friend’ makes a balls of things, will a good friend pull him up on that and make him face the consequences of his actions.
