Justice for all Labour Party members
Labour Activists for Justice is a group of Labour Party members who have been caught up in the absurdities of Labour’s disciplinary processes and who want to see them changed. Our aim is justice for all members.
An ongoing case, demanding funding, is the attempt to get justice for Diana Neslen. Her story was told in the Guardian by Haroon Siddique on 24th May and posted on our website here.
Our work in trying to persuade the EHRC to pursue our complaints against the Labour Party is also ongoing, including the complaint submitted on behalf of Diana Neslen.
Legal advice is essential so we are appealing, once again, for donations to help us fight these cases.

JVL Submission to EHRC on Labour’s Action Plan

Many will agree that the LP has become distorted, controlled by an intolerant right with a zeal to expel, intimidate & silence those with whom they disagree. Used their position to ignore or change policy voted by large majority at LP Annual Conf. However in the U.K. it remains almost impossible to form a new dynamic Party, without PR or any mainstream media willing to cover favourably a breakaway or centre left Party. Look at the Green Party or how even the Guardian disrespected & helped destroy the Corbyn led LP & despair. Hence importance of legal challenges & the reluctance of many Inc MPs & Unions to abandon the LP & leave field unchallenged to the right.
Starmer will leave the Labour Party in huge debt. Those on the left and those in need of the hope offered in the Corbyn years who paid off its previous debt will not do so again. When Starmer describes it as “my party” I hear “my debt.”
