Hastings council passes motion demanding Israeli arms ban

JVL Introduction

  • Heart warming to read the determination of Hastings Council to do the very things we are asking for, to stop sending weapons to the Israeli Government, it really lifts our spirit when see such wonderful people working together and being so connected to Al Mawasi, thank you Hastings.

  • I can’t wait for this war to be over, and for international press to dare investigate Gaza for themselves, probably while benefitting from their protection by the IDF. I can’t wait for Hastings to find out who you really twinned yourselves with and what your money is really used for… Will the ‘educational material’ speak of peace? You may find that the picture of yourselves as morally superior is naive at best and endangering lives here in the UK, as well as the Middle East at worst. This is a self-congratulating exercise that will achieve little, least of all peace for humanity in general or Gaza in particular.
