Back to the bad old days…
JVL Introduction
So suspensions of Labour Party members are once again being announced by Jewish Chronicle journalists before the people concerned are even informed!
It used to happen in Iain McNicol’s day. Chakrabarti inveighed against it: “It is completely unfair, unacceptable and a breach of Data Protection law that anyone should have found out about being the subject to an investigation or their suspension by way of the media…”
The EHRC is clear that Labour’s disciplinary procedures are a disgrace and Labour has fully accepted its recommendations.
And yet, under the leadership of forensic human-rights lawyer Keir Starmer, we are back with the very worst of the ancien regime.
Here is a Skwawkbox exclusive on the subject.

A conspiracy involving bad actors in individual CLPs, the party bureaucracy and Lee Harpin at JC again. Serial misreporting of meetings. Total disregard of majority opinion of those involved in said meetings. Same old investigation notice demanding silence. The best way to deal with this witch hunt is to break silence.
No properly drafted disciplinary procedures, anonymous complainants, the absence of any due process and natural justice. What an advert for the Labour Party in 2020!Making up the rules and then breaking them when it suits the purpose of the leadership. Breaking confidence, yet demanding silence from the victims of their bullying and harassment. We must stand in solidarity any member willing to break the silence. Let’s keep IPSO busy dealing with complaints about the Jewish Chronicle. Let’s push to get the trade unions and the Campaign Group on side.
It’s par for the course that LP leak suspensions to their friends in the media, like Harpin. Mike Sivier recently took them to court for breach of Data Protection, to discover that the LP did not have any duty of care to protect your data. The first Mike knew of his suspension was through a phone call from a journalist
Lee Harpin and JC are just a right wing propaganda rag It has nothing to do with the majority of Jews . It is time that is confronted for what it is.
I was expelled from the Labour Party for allegedly being a member of an other political party; I had already left it months before. Still nothing has been done about my local MP Barry Sheerman and his disgusting antisemitism trope. You have not carried an article about him. I have written to the local newspaper The Huddersfield Examiner but there is nothing nationally. He is a a strong supporter of Starmer and this is a classic example of the two standards of the Labour Party. I will write an article for you if you like.
