Israel is throttling the Palestinians in Gaza

The ceasefire of October 2025 in Gaza is a sick joke.

Ever since then Israel has been steadily increasing its grip on the territory, refashioning the geographical environment

As Eyal Weizmann put it in his article All they will find is sand,:

“Two and a half years after 7 October 2023 most of the Gaza Strip – cities, refugee camps, schools, universities, mosques, the health infrastructure, agriculture, wells and the soil itself – has been destroyed and made toxic by bombs, artillery, tank shells and sappers.”

Netanyahu is quite shameless about his intention:

“We now control 60% of the territory in the strip. You know, we were at 50%, we moved to 60%. My directive is to move to … First 70%. Let’s start with that.”

It is ethnic cleansing. The world is calling it a genocide. A genocide carried out with our government’s complicity and indeed active support.

Where is our “forensic” human-rights Prime Minister Keir Starmer? Does he really want to go down in history as a genocide enabler?
